DESCRIPTION:Too many businesses struggle because they’re built on assumptions instead of real customer feedback. Proof to Profit is a three-part virtual training series designed to help entrepreneurs test and validate their ideas early. \nThis course focuses on customer discovery—learning directly from the people you want to serve. You’ll explore practical ways to gather proof through interviews\, surveys\, observations\, and small experiments. These tools help you understand what customers need\, what they value\, and whether your idea is worth pursuing. \nUsing ideas from All In Startup by Diana Kander\, the course helps you avoid the “Startup Loop of Despair\,” where entrepreneurs invest time and money without seeing results. Instead\, you’ll learn how to test\, learn\, and adjust before making big commitments. \nThe series is led by Senior Business Development Consultant Joel Barrett\, a serial entrepreneur who has coached hundreds of business owners. Participants receive a digital copy of All In Startup\, group discussion and coaching\, tools to gather proof of concept\, and access to one-on-one business coaching. \nThis class is a prerequisite to StartSmart. \nScholarships may be available\, apply here!
